We absolutely love Lepe’s! It is our go to place with fair prices.

I very rarely give a 1 star review. Unfortunately, I gotta give it to Lepe’s. I ordered a steak burrito, and my girlfriend ordered a chicken burrito. We chose to sit outside, which was nice. Our food came out to us literally as we were just sitting down. I am all for fast service, but I at least would appreciate the illusion that my food is being made fresh, and not just being slopped together while I’m ordering at the counter. My burrito was barley warm, had no flavor, hardly any steak, and was falling apart because who ever wrapper it did an awful job. And my girls chicken burrito had all the terrible attributes mine did, and the chicken was dry and didn’t taste like it was even grilled, or cooked for that matter. I hate wasting food, so I literally drowned every bite with the salsa that came with it in order to choke it down. My girl asked for a side of sour cream, which they charged us a dollar for, and it was waaay to much. No normal person could eat a whole salsa bowl full of sour cream. As you see from the pictures, we didn’t even finish either burritos. We just left it. Another thing that bothered me was the place being run by teenagers. I didn’t see a single adult behind the counter. And it showed in the lack of professionalism and the lack of care in the making the food. I understand kids are cheaper to employ….but you need to have an adult back there to keep them in check. I felt like one of the boys ringing me up was more interested in his hair do and talking to the girl employee than giving good customer service. I give this place a hard pass. Mi Pueblo just opened on 4th st, and it has better food at way lower prices.

I got the GOL burrito with the green enchilada sauce and oh my god it was delicious and really filling. Also the salsa they give you with your chips was on point especially the golden looking one I had to stop myself from drinking it like a shot.

Enjoyed a Machaca breakfast burrito this morning, chips served on side. Everything tasted terrific, vegetables perfectly cooked, eggs scrambled and plenty of beef. Highly recommend!

This is one of my friend’s favorite restaurants so I’ll meet him there occasionally. Definitely my last choice for Mexican food though. The carnitas are wet and not crunchy, the pastor is not cooked the traditional way even though they have an entire restaurant. The meat is wet and tastes like it came out of a crock pot with seasoning. If you go with carne asada they charge $2 extra for some reason in the Diego taco. I think the taco was around $8! You can get street tacos with carne asada for no additional fee which makes no sense. The salsa cups are too small for the chips. The tables don’t have napkins or salt and pepper so you have to keep requesting every item you need making the waitress go back and forth back and forth while waiting for basic items like utensils. They do have an amazing tequila selection though!

Some of the best Mexican food you can get in the city of Santa Rosa (a city full of great Mexican eateries).

Just “OK” food. So many better restaurants than what we got for the money. Won’t be back.

Overall, a run-of-the-mill typical lost cost northern california family mexican joint. You come here for the fish tacos. Also has a full liquor license, so margarita’s are offered.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. The food is as delicious as ever even after a little hiatus. I walked in and asked Yoana to surprise me with something on the menu and she did NOT DISAPPOINT. The atmosphere and vibe is a little high here especially around the bar. Overall great experience, flavorful, good quality and quantity, very affordable. Thank you Yoana!
