This place was absolutely amazing. We traveled here for my Fiancee’s birthday on 2/3/23 and I stupidly reserved the wrong day. When we arrived the owner was more than accommodating. Him and our waitress along with the kitchen staff was absolutely wonderful. The food tasted fresh and was built on layers of flavor. I forgot our waitress name now but she had blonde hair and the sweetest smile! The entire place felt warm and welcoming. The food, atmosphere and service was so good we ate here on our last night as well. The second time we sat at the bar and the bartender I believe his name was Ben served us and he’s so funny. He came from VA beach so close to where we are from and he is such a sweet and down to earth guy. I could honestly go on and on about how great this place was and we can’t wait to plan a trip to come back!

My husband and I came to Hot Springs for our baby moon. We went here for the first night. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the muscles and dessert. The gnocchi that comes with the duck is amazing!!

I had a lovely dinner during a recent overnight stay. My sister and I enjoyed a charming and delicious dinner for two. Our server was warm and made great recommendations. We ordered both a wonderful smoked cocktail and cheese course that both required table side preparation and it was a lovely touch. This restaurant has great charm and a very intimate feeling. The food was exceptional. We ordered bread service, a spinach salad, the local cheese course, roast chicken, and short rib. Everything was just outstanding and we knew dessert was worth staying for. We enjoyed a top notch crème brûlée and the chocolate ganache. This dinner turned around a trip that had been soured by a subpar stay at the Omni and very disappointing meals in the hotel restaurants.

Dinner at LCdO was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. The cocktails were exceptional with excellent presentation. Love the dried lime wheel on the spicy marg. We had the mussels and french onion soup to start, followed by duck confit and chicken as our mains. Tender and beautifully prepared. We finished with a deconstructed lime curd dessert- fun and fabulous! Our waiter guided us through each course as if he could read our minds. We will return!

We have had dinner at this restaurant three times: once before the pandemic, another time just after, and then again last night. The food was excellent – they have risen to their former heights.

I really was looking forward to this for my bday!Patrick, our waiter was OUTSTANDING! BUT….the food was disappointing…our eye of rib was BURNT TO A CRISP and RAW …I got 2 END PIECES…for $59 per person that’s unacceptable…what a bad experience…our total bill was over $300. New restaurant owners should take heed…attacking a reviewer shows bad taste…reviews are to help the owners do better! The 3 businessmen right next to us received NO end pieces ( they ordered the same meal) . When it was obvious I did not like my meal ( I ate less than 1/4) it is not my RESPONSIBILITY to complain…it’s darn obvious it was inedible. Try to avoid getting the eye of rib until they can properly prepare it…there are plenty of good reviews on the spare ribs…but it’s hard to ruin a spare rib since they are fatty. I give honest reviews…especially when in today’s economy, going out should be worth it. This meal wasn’t worth it.

My husband surprised me on our Anniversar with a visit to Les Cochone d’Or. What can I say. Dennis M pur editor was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and very sweet. As this was our first visit. My husband knows my love for French cuisine. To sat blissfully delighted us an understatement. From husband’s French onion soup, My vissesua, Mussels, Foir gua, wood beef to short ribs. To the sweet finale of desert. All was packed with flavor, freshness, and creativity. You will not be disappointed. After 2.5 hr drive to get to I can honestly say well well worth the trip. Oh and the scenery is also heavenly. I highly recommend. Bon appetite

This is the place to go when at the Homestead. The food was outstanding, excellent service, and we loved every minute of it. It really was the best meal I have had in at least three years. If we went to the Homestead again, I would eat here every night.

This place is a must especially for the octopus that is one ( if not) the most tender I eat. They have good food, good cheese, good champagne and amazing cocktails. The only thing is I was deceived by the braised pork cheek, usually this is a fork shredding meat not this one you have to cut it like a steak so for me it was not the best I like when the fat is completely melt but some people might like it like that but I repeat myself THE OCTOPUS IS A MUST the best ever.
