I tried their Puerto Rican bowl and was so impressed. The portions were large enough that I get to eat twice and the flavors were outstanding. On top of that, your body actually feels nourished after eating their food, instead of just full. The people working at the cart were so friendly and welcoming, and the outdoor seating looked nice as well, although I didn’t sit there. I plan on returning frequently and trying more menu items. Bonus points for sustainable to-go containers.

They have a digestion smoothie with pineapple there that I absolutely love! Every time I drive past the area, I swing in! My first meal there wound up being very nostalgic for me as I went after a tomato bisque soup with a grilled cheese sandwich…did not disappoint in the slightest! All the cheesy goodness that I craved when I was younger filled me up again. The bread vs cheese ratio was perfectly balanced! I can’t imagine having a bad experience here as I continue to explore the menu every time I’m in Uptown Vancouver.

If you want a bowl with some outstanding ingredients, this is your place to eat. They have great customer service, friendly atmosphere and a covered area to stay out of the rain! A great place to eat!!!

It’s really nice to find a place where you can eat good quality/organic food. I took the Pomegranate goat cheese salad and it was really good. I would have add maybe more protein to it but it’s only a personal preference ☺️
