We really enjoyed the crafty cocktails and the small plates here! Happy hour price is so reasonable too for the quality of the food and drinks. Ended up getting 5/6 drinks and 6 plates between my husband and I. Finished everything too lol

I guess there’s just a few things I took issue with for a tapas bar. When ever you’re at one of these places what you’re truly looking for is a well rounded palate. I feel that the beer selection was just a little underwhelming. No stouts or porters on the menu, but things that are begging for something like that as a pairing. Sadly, also no espresso, which for me is a must have when eating my cheesecake bites!

Husband: upscale ingredients and emphasis on vegetables made me fall in love. Even the meat dishes were served on delicious green, grains, and veg melange. I loved every bite. And terrific service too! 6 stars.

We had a lovely dinner at Level. Mary, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ordered several small plates. The combination board was quite good. The meats were much more flavorful than the two rather mild cheeses. The apple was not crisp. The homemade pickles, jam and mustard were quite tasty. The Brussels sprouts with pork belly was the best we have ever had, a must order. The crab dip flat bread was good but a bit salty. The wine and rose cocktail were very good. The banana bread pudding dessert was excellent. The bread was moist and the brûlée banana was really flavorful. The chocolate chip cookies were too sweet. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would return and order some new and different items. We were given the opportunity to request certain cheeses for the combination board and will be sure to do that next time.

Came here for dinner on a trip to Annapolis and it did not disappoint. Good variety, unique flavors and great staff. The drinks were also fantastic. We were recommended to try 2-3 small plates per person and agreed that it is the right amount for a group of 2 or more. Def meant to share and will def be going back if we are in the area again!

Level A is an excellent spot to park and grab some food. It does seem that sometimes the level of wow factor from their dishes can be inconsistent. Sometimes I have gone and had the most incredible meal, other times I am expecting a big wow but it isn’t delivered. The cocktails are great though and the atmosphere is fantastic, so it’s definitely worth a shot!
