Basic little diner with your basic breakfast choices. Staff was very friendly and attentive with coffee. Only offered Sweet N Low and sugar for coffee sweeteners. Coffee was just okay. Food was good. Ordered a Western omelette w/ ham that comes with hash browns and toast. No frills diner.

Called in an order for 2 breakfasts burritos at 9:50 and was told a 15 min wait. I showed up and when I got to the window it wasn’t ready. I sat there until 10:40 and left because they said it still wasn’t done. No wonder the place is for sale. They obviously can’t run a restaurant.

The staff is friendly. The store is clean. The service is great. Food was out in a timely manner. I ordered chicken fried steak. I received a very small portion the steak itself tasted like old grease or just old it was tough not tender. I dont believe I got my moneys worth for $14

So, I hope that this will result in some minor changes in how they do things. I recently ordered food to feed my employees. I called the order in and told them what I wanted and they said give us 20 minutes. I gave them that time and went to the drive through to pick up my order. There isn’t any communication with the inside when you are in the drive through. I sat in line for almost 30 minutes and finally called them on the phone. I was told that they first car had a large order and they were trying. When I finally got my order they asked what drinks I wanted with my food. I replied no drinks and I was informed that they come with it. I was not told that on the phone and at this point had no idea what drinks the guys would have wanted. I asked for a receipt and was given someone else’s receipt. I would think if the first customer in line had a big order then you would ask them to pull around and take it out to them when it is ready or have them get back in line. The line stacked up like crazy before that first one was gone. So I waited nearly an hour for food I called in ahead of time to save time. The guys said the food was good, mine got soggy before I could eat it. Not a good 1st experience.
