This place is a gem. We got the bottle of white wine, grapefruit sangria which lasted the whole dinner and was very tasty. We realized later that doing that probably saved us at least $30 rather than my wife getting 2 glasses of wine and me drinking 2 different bourbon mixed drinks. For food we got the fried grits which were rich, creamy, crunchy and amazing. Then we got the Bork, Bork, Bork. It was also delicious but it was the last night on the menu so sorry if you do not get to try it! Service was excellent and I got a mint and bubbles in the bathroom.

Middle of the week anniversary dinner and first time at Leverett Lounge! Everything was great starting with the yummy Juice Cleanse cocktail all the way through the Patatas Bravas app, KFC (vegan style with cauliflower, the Sultan of Agrabah, and the delicious vegan Dream of Coconut Cake from local The Hip Cafe. Our server, Connor was hustling with a full patio and still took great care of us! Will def be back!

The food was excellent but the service could have been better. We only had one drink as we were never asked if we wanted another until we were ready to leave. It seemed like one waiter took all the orders (drinks, appetizers and food) and the other ones brought it to your table. We would have never ordered if we had not stopped the waiter several times to order appetizers and food. We would have had dessert but were never asked if we wanted any and we were there for a birthday celebration. Just a little disappointing for our first time there.

Upscale menu with a quirky, laid back atmosphere (inside or on the patio). It’s definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Fayetteville. The staff is great. The food quality is top notch. We’ve never had anything we didn’t like. Mel’s Diner is a must. There are options for every dietary profile. I suggest making a reservation is you plan to dine at popular times and arrive early to allow time to park (and walk a bit, if necessary). The parking lot is small.

Fabulous place tucked in next to a laundromat, which only adds to its charm. LL may have given my wife and me our best dining experience in Fayetteville. We shared the K.f.c., Mel’s Diner, trout, soup, and salad. Everything was delicious to include our drinks. We will be back!
