The rudest customer service experience I’ve had in a while. The gentleman I spoke with was very condescending and impatient. But what surprised me most was after many attempts to complete my order in a civil way, I WAS TURNED AWAY while processing my transaction with NO explanation.

We are frequent regulars of this place. Time and time again even the simplest of orders cannot be execute. It’s a shame this place exist in New Haven…the capital of the Pizza world. Have some respect for the Za’ and get it together.

Wanted to charge us $18 for a small pizza. We have been buying the same pizza for 5 years at $12-13. Woman at counter insisted that had always been the price and no prices were changed. Not true.

Can’t really review this place. All I’ve ever taken out is a small pizza and a meatball sub. I’ve been coming here for a few years under different management and the food hasn’t changed. That’s a good thing. Best if taken to go so call to pickup first. The establishment is clean so can get crowded and pickup orders keeps you safe in and out. All and all I rate a 4…

Very rude customer service! I called to place an order for a large size grilled chicken salad , and 3 different people have to answer the call.l for a simple order. And in the background they’re speaking some kind of foreign language. Which I don’t mind. Then a different one takes the call to ask me for my card number, when I tell him I thought they were getting it upon delivery, he hung up on me, didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. Would never recommend or order from here again.
