I’ve ordered from here before and the sub was good. This time not so much. It was a bit cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, the fries were cold. I warmed it and it was ok. I ordered it for pick up, maybe that was my mistake. Last time it was delivered and somehow better?

I ordered on Saturday and woke up this morning to a $10 tip being added to my order. What’s crazy is I asked the driver for receipt and was told it was in the bag. Whole time he scamming and adding his own tip. I called the place and asked for a manager and no one would address my issue

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter at 9 pm on a Saturday and an hour and a half later was delivered 5 wings and that’s it. I called the store and the manager said it isn’t her problem and I shouldn’t be upset because it was the kitchens fault. I’m sure the pizza tasted great, but unfortunately their manager is rude and just hangs up or puts you on hold with no notice. Also, I hope the kitchen staff is okay from the weight of that bus she threw on them to a stranger. Maybe think twice about delivery.

Salad had a lot of croutons little lettuce and too much Ceasar dressing. The wrap, oddly had meat, onions and cheese. Nothing else I asked for. Wings bland. Used to eat here all the time.
