Ate here for the first time today. Looked it up on Google, read the good reviews and decided to go try. When I first walked in there was a couple that just ordered and we started talking. I told them it was my first time there and they went off on how they love the food and come every week. So the google reviews were verified by this couple. So I got me the brisket and my favorite, pulled pork. Make a long review short…go try it, it really is good bbq! I’ll be going back!

This is some amazing bbq – what I call perfect Texas brisket. The sides were great too. The service was a little rough around the edges on the day we went, but when we went the second time, it was excellent and the food was again amazing. We are very lucky to have this restaurant in our town!

Tried the new Lico’s BBQ location. Walked in had quite a few customers. The layout is roomy, i remember the previous restaurant that was here. Love the aroma of BBQ in the air, will get better with time.

It’s been a while since we have had delicious brisket. This place has definitely stepped up and makes one of the best tender tasting brisket. I had the homemade mac and cheese with fried okra. My dinner was delicious! The service was great. Highly recommend you go try this restaurant out.

Family owned and operated. Amazing brisket and ribs! Lico was super friendly and his daughter is always sweet to my wife and I. We try to go once a week. Sometimes they run out because they are so delicious.

This place was great! The brisket was so tender and juicy, the charro beans had such a good Smokey flavor, the pulled pork was well seasoned, and the loaded potato that I got was perfectly cooked. Would recommend this to any BBQ lover out there.

Tried this place for the first time today and everything was really good. I LOVED the loaded baked potato! We found the sliced brisket to be juicy and flavorful. Potato salad was so good. My husband also liked the charro beans a lot. Service was super friendly. So glad we now have a great go-to spot for barbecue in Rowlett. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful meal! I had the loaded naked potato with brisket. I had to bring half home for later. Delicious baked potato and the smoked brisket is so tender. My husband had a brisket plate. He loved brisket and dice, of course, but also the fries and green beans. Everything was so good!!!

Friendly owners. Great brisket with good smoke flavor, it is tender and smoky. Hot links aren’t too spicy but still delicious. Ribs are very meaty and juicy with good level of smoke on them. Charro beans, green beans, and okra are perfect. Mac and cheese is mac and cheese, not bad but not good. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.
