Oh goodness! Avocado toast! What a selection of healthy choices. The bowls around me looked huge and very good. I had the avocado toast,as a snack. It was too big for that,which along with the freshness of it all,will be a reason for me to come back. The ambiance is good for a single person or a group,in it’s very casual.

Don’t be fooled the team really care about what they create and help you with a huge smile behind the mask. They’re like Cafe Superheroes. We look forward seeing Erica in the morning, she’s so full of information about the menu. LifeCafe makes since as your stop for a quick loaded protein meal or drink. Maybe I’m a little bias because I eat here and shake here everytime I’m in the gym. The best way I start my day.
