Don’t know what I was expecting but I was not disappointed. I order the hungry man and substituted the short stack for Cinnaswirl pancakes. It was amazing. I was probably eating with my eyes because I ended up not eating the whole thing. The only thing I did not like was the potatoes but other than that it was great. The server was quick and the food came even quicker.

A hidden gem of a brunch spot! Our waitress, Janelle, was SO attentive and quick to get us anything we needed. The food was FANTASTIC! Great portions and amazing prices. Would highly recommend and will return when we’re back in the area!

Oh, the Lighthouse Restaurant in Johnston, the beacon that was meant to guide us to a land of culinary delight but instead shipwrecked us on the island of disappointment. Here’s a place where apparently, seeing is believing, and unless they witness your party materialize in front of their eyes, you’re merely a phantasm in the realm of brunch.
