I had the” Grover beach train wreck”, and my wife had ” The Works Omelet ” both meals were delicious, and awesome portion size, also the coffee was very good. This is a must stop when in the area.

Great local restaurant. Good breakfast, nice people. We usually have breakfast here at least once when we are in town.

Food is always delicious, service is always friendly. Facility needs a little care and maintenance and table could use a good clean and reseal.

Great breakfast spot! Delicious biscuits and gravy, French toast, and breakfast sandwiches. We had a party of 15 and they seated us promptly.

Hate to leave a less than favorable review, but if I’m honest I would not recommend because the product was nowhere near excellence. And I strongly believe that all food (even “comfort food” similar to this) should at least have some sense of excellence/quality in the food prepared and served. Two staff very kind staff and a few indifferent . . . I didn’t eat much so maybe some dishes are OK, but my hope is that restaurants really take a hard look at the standards that are rising around them and make adjustments for the longevity of their business AND in service for the health, wellness, and care of their customers.

I’m originally from the 5 Cities area, this place wasn’t there when I left so I figured it was worth a try during my visit “home”. Biscuits and Gravy 10/10. Omelet was great, home fries were great, and the homemade strawberry jam was a nice surprise. Highly recommend trading your toast for biscuits.

I got a bacon breakfast burrito that came out awesome. It is very perplexing to me because now I have two favorite spots for burritos in town. I also got some pancakes on the side that came out perfect! Whatever mix they whipped up is really good! I will definitely be rolling back through to try other things on their menu.

Really 4.5 stars, but google doesn’t let my split my vote. Food is as good as everyone says, breakfast potatoes are cooked well (some almost blackened) just as I like them. They do a good job on everything, maybe a bit greasier than is good for me, but certainly delicious. A bit off of the main street, so it doesnt stand out when you drive by, but it’s definitely worth stopping in. One of the best breakfasts in the area.
