LiL Donkeys is a virtual burrito restaurant by Bien Trucha Group. In a nutshell, we coexist within the kitchens of our three restaurants: a toda madre (Glen Ellyn), Bien Trucha (Geneva) and Quiubo (Naperville).
NOPE …DON’T EXPECT “that” type of burrito.
If your idea of a burrito is a massive tortilla loaded to the brim with rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, then you’re not in the right spot (and you probably already have plenty of options for where to find those).
We make our burritos like we make them in Mexico: a flour tortilla smeared with beans, topped with the filling of your choice, and rolled up…that’s it, SIMPLE DELICIOUSNESS WITHOUT THE EXTRA FILLERS!

There’s another review that says “perfect portions”, I most definitely disagree. The images displayed for the burritos are misleading to the actual size. They look filled in the photos and round on the inside. Instead I was given a flat burrito with hardly any filling. They were honestly the same size of a breakfast sausage burrito from McDonalds. If you want an over priced small burrito then this is the place for you. Not coming here again for the price. They also forgot my chips and guac. Smh ♂️

Delicious…as expected from the ATM kitchen. Pork was the favorite, but carne and chicken were also excellent. Burritos were quite a bit larger than we expected from the description. I would say one is a normal portion and two would be plenty even if you’re quite hungry. Three would be an enormous meal! This will be a new pandemic takeout staple for our house.

Like everything that comes out of the kitchen at ‘A Toda Madre’, the brick-and-mortar that hosts this virtual restaurant, the food is absolutely fantastic. We have ordered multiple times now and it has only gotten better since when we first tried it opening night. The current special, pollo con mole, is the best offering yet.
