The worst place for customer service and food. My husband ordered 3 tacos. It took 25 minutes and still waiting. He got so upset he left. I told him to go back and get his refund but the frustration was too much for him. They did not communicate that they were short staff nor the time would be lengthy. We would have left if we knew that time was lengthy! Very disappointed!

I would rate it 2.5 star. I ordered a quesadilla and well you can see in the picture what 9.50$ can get you, quesadilla look like a slightly bigger taco, no beans, on the salad no avocado, no onion or cilantro inside, asada meat was hard, definitely if I come back I ll try a different menu, food was fast but they need to improve, I used to love me a kikos breakfast but I don’t know about lunch

Not recommend this place at all, all my tacos that I ordered was extremely cooked burned, meet was so hard, tortillas was like nachos, and I have a recommendation for everyone, make sure you always have your receipt because they will take what ever they want as a Tip, considering that they already have a jar saying live your tip

Have to agree with other reviewers customer service is lacking BUT the torta carnitas was as good as most of the Mexican fast food places out in California. Been a few years since I’ve had one and it took me back to were I grew up a bit. Will be returning for more.

This used to be my go-to place for a quick bite to eat but I don’t think I’m going back anymore. When I walked in both employees were sitting down eating lunch, when I placed my order (a $9 Torta which is rediculously over priced) I watched the lady go over and start preparing my food without even washing her hands after eating, she scooped out some lukewarm meat without even putting it on the grill to warm it up and made me a cold sandwich. I left feeling ripped off.

Sorry but you lost a customer. Your food is great. The one lady there is super sweet. The problem is the owner of the store you are in is just stupid. The BP owner has no clue on what time of day it is. I hope you pass this on to Kikos corporate office. I won’t be back to be treated like the dumbass the BP owner is!

Only one person to attend many customers, you need to hire more people, I have a bad experience today because me and more people was waiting like 30 minutes just to take the order the same person was talking orders and prepare the food so I desire to go another place.
