Having lived in Colorado for 7 years, this is the first pizza I have found that is similar to Midwest style pizza. The thin crust is very good, with a good blend of cheese and ingredients. The Boulder pizza is excellent as well as the Lucky 7 and Guido pizzas. Authentic gardinara is the holy Grail to a Chicagoan!

The pizzas we ordered had no flavor. The garlic knots were obviously dinner rolls that they put butter and garlic on top of. The lettuce on the salad was brown. Lastly and I should have just walked out after this but the bathroom had no hand soap or paper towels. Also the two women working behind the counter made sure they finished their conversation before even acknowledging me stranding at the counter. Waste of money

First timer! I’ve been rotating through different pizza places in town and been wanting to check out nicks for a while. Tonight was the night. Me and my son went for the 18 inch lil nick, double pepperoni. The 2 staff we interacted with were so pleasant and the pizza reminds me of a place in my childhood. Good flavor, good crust! New favorite spot!

Came with me and my sis to eat here for the first time. Always wanted to try it and yesterday with all the snow I wanted something close by. The atmosphere was very welcoming and our server attended us right away! She was lovely. The cheese sticks were phenomenal, lasagna and pizza were even better! Definitely gonna stop by again and try more of the menu.

Family and I love eating here from time to time, I’ve been enjoying Nicks pizzas and Calzones for years. As good as the food is, it is pretty inconsistent. My usual order – a one topping calzone – is always made different. Sometimes I get additional ingredients I didn’t ask for, sometimes overcooked/undercooked, sometimes I get huge chunks of beef instead of what the ground beef should and normally look like. Love supporting this local restaurant but would love to see more quality control and consistency!

Some the worst food I’ve had this year with any restaurant. Got a calzone, burnt up and taste awful. Fried ravioli are over cooked dry as a bone. Taste like old oil. Garlic knots taste old and stale.

The food was nothing like it was described. Chicken wings were super duper small. I had to beg for one tiny little thing of blue cheese dressing. The sandwich was cold and the bread was dried out and stale. I would never eat there again.
