Although the place is a little rough around the edges, the food is generally good, especially the carnitas and empanadas. They do err on the side of caution in terms of seasonings & spices, but have a variety of sauces available (upon request) if you want to kick it up a few notches.

Great fly in for $100 burger (for those of you who dont know, “$100 burger” is aviation lingo for a reason to just go fly, the burgers here are reasonably priced). Staff and facilities are great for this area. If you fly in the gas prices here are pretty reasonable as well, no ramp charge to park and eat. Great food, reasonable prices and attentive staff!

A great place for a family or friends.I like the not too spicy menu items. The food and drinks are very good and the staff is very friendly. The owner is is frequently bartending or preparing food. A unique feature is how people get ther. Some fly in as it is on airport property. Some snowmobile in. There is a fire pit out front to sit by and a large tent to sit under during warm weather. Dont miss the ice cream caboose.

best casual restaurant in the area. if its true that it is permanently closed ,not only has the community lost an asset but many regulars have lost a friend, a good old, reliable friend! Great burgers, good drinks friendly, fun servers who remember your name AND PREFERENCES ,and for me, an ice cream affecionado ,if there is such a thing, THE BEST ICE CREAM—–HERSHEYS .
