I ordered a little Tony sub with everything on it and toasted bun which the bun was not toasted like it was supposed to be and when I got it home it was soggy the bread was wet and I don’t think I want to buy another sub from Little Tony’s Pizza again ……………,…………………………….

Terrible customer service tonight… yes they discounted pizza “for the trouble” which was nice, but not at all enough to make up for what the pizza cooker lady said. I don’t care how busy you are, it’s NEVER ok to openly yell at a customer or about a customer in front of ANYONE. (And the manager just sat there and watched it without saying a thing to her!!!) Then to top it off the pizza was over half an hour late, wrong, and not very good. We will go to Pierson trading post from now on.

Ordered 5 subs and a wrap tonight, and the customer service was horrible. Didn’t used to have bad service ever before. Also vegetables were brown and wilted. She acted as if nothing was wrong with the attitude she gave us as soon as she answered the phone ahnds took our orders. Used to be an avid customer. Will not be anymore. Bad service.

Every time I eat here something is burnt lol I order a sub today that comes with tomato’s and I went to pick it up and she said sorry the tomato’s were bad and couldn’t put any on it lol she had already made the sub and didn’t even ask me if I still wanted it….

Let me start by saying the staff is friendly and my pizza ordered thru the “Slice” app was easy and pizza was ready within the quoted time….Now about the pizza….It could’ve been a tasty pizza but the sauce lacked flavor to the point it almost tasted like it was watered down…it would’ve been 5 stars if it weren’t for the tasteless sauce….I think if the switch to a better sauce they’re really going to have a good pizza.
