Cozy medium sized mom and pa place. There isn’t a sign on the street but it’s right before (or after depending on the direction you come from) an old fashioned Sprite sign. The entrance is on the side of the building not the front facing the street. The service was super friendly and the food was all cooked the way we wanted it and tasty. I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, could be a little salty – the gravy – but of course combined with a biscuit it balanced it nicely. The biscuits were soft on the inside and had a crisp maybe buttery bottom. It was good. I asked for crispy bacon and they did a good job. My son got corned beef hash and it isn’t homemade (we’ve only seen that one place though in many years and many places) but we really liked that they crispy cooked it on all sides, no mushy hash! We went for breakfast but will have to come back and check them out at lunch sometime.

Been here twice, absolutely love this spot for breakfast. Great family atmosphere. There’s not a rude person in the building. The food is great and fairly priced as well. Will continue to visit and support this spot. Recommend you give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed. Biscuits and gravy, fried apples, pancakes, hash browns, whatever you get it’ll be good.

The food was hot and served on stoneware. The food quality was as expected for a country diner.

First time there. We were traveling and looking for southern country cooking. The reviews looked good but they were mostly about breakfast which they stop serving at 10:30am. It advertises home cooking and charges a little over what meat and 3 diners do so I thought it likely legit

Quaint little local diner. I don’t really like writing the food for stars out of five but and love what I have it’s the only time I’ve ever been there so I’ve only had one thing.

Well if we would have been allowed to dine in ..id ate the salad then left the rest sitting..most likely would have asked for my money back for all but the salad.. Coleslaw was spoiled took one bite spit it out.. Rest was tasteless.. definitely not the same place I ate at a few years back.. However my gf said her pot roast was good..

We stopped here for a quick breakfast as it was near our Airbnb. It’s an older diner with delicious “classic” meals: pancake breakfast, omelets, french toast, etc. The service was quick and pleasant and the coffee was fresh. You should definitely check this place out if you’re on a budget, as well! A 2 egg breakfast with bacon, grits, and toast is only $7.50.
