Ordered takeout, and I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. Sunday menu offered various soul food options. I enjoyed the catfish dinner with 3 sides and drink. The cabbage and yams were incredibly good. The catfish was cooked to perfection. Also, I had banna pudding as a side option, and one bite had me wishing I had ordered one for later. Hubby had the fried chicken with turnip greens, collard greens, greenbeans, and cornbread. Loved his food as well. This was a rare fine that we will definitely order again.

Fried chicken is definitely homemade and delicious, Mac and cheese was definitely homemade and delicious, the cornbread muffin was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I met Pops (the cook) in the back and told him he’s doing an awesome job. I will definitely be back. Oh and the cobbler,,,,, awesome!!!

I’ve done a lot of deliveries for this restaurant and it always come immediately from being cooked. Tons of the pictures show that it looks fresh and these are not canned overcooked turnip greens.. The french fries I can’t confirm but if they are frozen, that the first fries 6 inches long that you can’t have a complaint about.. There were orders of 6 to 12 full lunches with many regular people I deliver to..
