WoW! Ended up here after walking Main street a little because the evening got chilly and their heated patio was very welcoming. The live music on a Thursday night created a really enjoyable vibe along with tasty food and attentive and friendly service by Sandy made our night very lovely. Not to mention the salsa and homemade chips were delish! We look forward to going back soon!

My favorite place to eat when I’m in town. BLT bacon jam sandwich with awesomeness. You can always expect great food in here.

Service was poor at best. We waited an hour for dinner no appetizers. Taco at 4$ a piece do not compare to other new restaurants in the area with no option to mix and match. Plus no differentiating or unique flavors. Margareta somewhat tasty but nothing special. Chips and salsa which was supposed to be special wasn’t first batch cold, second so greasy couldn’t eat them. The only savior was enchiladas mushrooms and spinach. They did allow ordering half green and half red sauce. I think the manager appeared at some point but never identified herself as such and didn’t ask how the meal or staff was. We think the waitress may have quit or been fired as we couldn’t locate her at any point after taking our initial order. Word of mouth brought me in and maybe there is something I’m missing. May want to come back during the week when can get proper attention and service. 50 minutes ticket times not impressive.

So stopped in on Thursday, it was kind of slow. There was a group sitting at the bar eating. Bar tender was very friendly with them. Then I came in and sat at the bar. I only stop in here every 2 or 3 weeks. The same bar tender was not there. But, anyway. I ordered a beer. I had to ask for chips. Never asked me. I ordered a beer. Kept asking me what I wanted to eat. I said I knew what I wanted. I wanted chicken adoba tacos with corn made shells. She asked me twice. Told her the same thing. Then it came out with flour. So, I was not happy with that. Then came over and picked up my chips and asked me if I was done. I said no. Why would you ask me when I am eating them plain as day. Then another couple came in and she asked them immediately if they wanted chips. That made me feel awkward when she did not give me same service. Then she walked back over and picked up my beer and moved it that I was still drinking on and moved it. Asked me if I was done. I plainly said no. I was still finishing it off. I had not been there 45 minutes yet. That made me mad. You do not mess with the customers food or beverage until their done. I usually enjoy their food and chips here. I am not sure why you do not treat all customers the same here. Just because you know others does not mean you treat others differently. This place has done this twice to me. I have never gave a reason for this treatment. I do not understand. You treat tourist like there not supposed to stop in and have a meal. Treat your locals like there besties. Same service for all!

Great place to meet up with friends! The chimichanga plate was yummy and the margarita flight was strong! My hubby had the tacos and he approved as well. We had a group of 7 and were supposed to eat outside but the rain foiled our plans. Staff accommodated us indoors instead with a little wait. Great service, freindly staff

I’d come back for the chips and salsa/queso and frozen margs! The chips were fresh and flavorful, covered in delicious seasoning. However, they are tourist priced (overpriced) for what the entrees are—I imagine rent is probably high with such an ideal location though. My shrimp wasn’t as crispy as I typically like in my tacos. Great patio with umbrella shaded seating!

The entire experience was awful. To say this is Mexican food is atrocious. No one at our table ate any of our food after a few bites. The elote is just corn covered in cheese. The nachos are laughable as you get 6 chips dosed in melted cheese. When the bill came we let our waitress know that we did not enjoy the food as seen by full plates. She lets us know that the manager refused to take off any item from our bill. We then asked to speak to her. She simply said okay as we tried to express our feelings. Not a single sign of her saying sorry or that she felt bad. All we wanted was a nice night out. Left feeling displeased and hungry after spending $70.

I was so hoping this place would be decent and I waited a long time to visit after hearing mixed reviews. I stopped in around 7:30 on a Monday evening after church, found a seat at the bar area and ordered a Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita. The bartender wasn’t very friendly served my drink and gave me some chips and salsa. The chips were the worst I’ve ever had, very greasy with far too much chip seasoning along with a very small bland salsa. The margarita was small and average nothing special for $11. I ordered the Chicken Mole Enchiladas with extra sides of the Roasted Plantains because I love them. The food did arrive quickly but the entire meal was disappointing! Where is the Mole sauce is the first thought? They were so dry and nothing like the rich and desirable sauce one would expect, also $19 for enchiladas is a lot. I hate the garnishment of pickled red onions on enchiladas! The Plantain sides, though I loved the little skillets they were served in, this was also very disappointing. They were dry and seemed old or reheated. The bar tables had employees sitting on their phones and some rolling silverware. I don’t think that should be seen in the front of the restaurant ever. I’m probably not going to visit this restaurant again but it’s sad because we really need new quality places in our area. I go to Su Casa Grande in Menomonee Falls on Appleton Ave and I am never disappointed!
