We decided to go there and try their food after our friend recommendation, the place was nice but on the dinning area a lot need to be done, our table was dirty and no one care to clean it up , in fact we were given the menu first instead of cleaning the table. Poor customer service, but what shocked me is all of us got stomachache and diarrhea when we got home. Something needs to change on the way they prepare their food.

This was my second time here and the customer service and hygiene is poor. Our table was dirty when we sat down and throughout the time we were there. Our food was served on a dirty table and server didn’t bother to clean it when he brought out the food.

Lims choma zone offers the best Kenyan food in Seattle hands down. The food is remarkable, the ambience, the service, drinks and the list goes on. So many food choices : nyama choma, mutura, matumbo, beef stew, tilapia etc…their professionally curated drinks are amazing. The management caters to your every need in a timely fashion. They also provide off site catering services. Remember to tip!

I casually ignored the previous reviews that stated how people got sick after eating here but I learned the hard way. It must be how the food is being handled at this joint that is the problem because the excruciating pain that came from the food poisoning was not worth it. Eat here at your own risk.

It’s always a good joint.. but the matumbo gave me a bad stomach with my friend… three of us had a bad diarrhea and would actually advice you wash your matumbo really good.. or stop serving remnants to customers… kindly kindly ..
