Mama dumplings are great- they have a thinner outer shell. If you like the thicker doughier dumplings they have potstickers. The black pepper chicken the owner recommended was also really delicious, it had a slightly tangy/salty sauce

This place is incredible, the portion sizes are unreal and the quality is top notch. Even compared to higher end places like Feng Shui this is STILL BETTER! General Gaus is Delicious, as well as the PuPu Platter being an insane value.
