I had a small party of friends out for cocktails and dinner on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Frank Frank ran the bar area to perfection and he made us all feel welcome. The drinks were delicious and well prepared. After drinks we were given a table with a fab view of CB Mountain. The prime rib was melt in your mouth tender. Great spot and amazing atmosphere… especially on the patio. The food was great, the lobster escargot was great. The ribeye steak I had was great but nothing to write home about. Outback steakhouse has more flavor for half the price. The meat tasted as if it was previously frozen. Anyway…. the bread pudding was amazing!

We try to go there every year. We were celebrating 30 th anniversary. We have the fondest memories of Camelback over last 3 decades with our kids, now grown. We all love the food, the poppy, and the service was quite extraordinary last night as OMAR and FRANK, made it even better with their special hospitality. Filet was perfect and the cheesecake with sour cream icing, incredible.

We came here and Dana the hostess took care of us for our 1 year anniversary. I came in early to leave some flowers put on the table and Dana made sure we would get a special table by the window looking out on Camelback Mountain. We also had a special sparkling red champagne waiting for us. My ribeye steak was excellent and my wife’s was slightly undercooked for medium rare. They quickly rectified that. The side mushrooms and the cheesy potatoes au gratin were delicious. We were so full that we split the special chocolate ganache dessert they brought out to us for our anniversary. I cannot wait to come back and see the sunset from here.

This is probably the best combination of view, food and hospitality you will find in the valley. My mind could not comprehend the beauty of the outdoor dining and majestic beauty of the mountains. I’ve become really grateful of the amazing service from the staff. This is a must go especially if you live in Phoenix.

So disappointed ☹️ I have been looking forward to visiting this spot for a long time. I drive past this place all the time. My typical spot is Hearth 61 down the street so I decided to give this try. I figured if Hearth is good then this must be too. Was I ever wrong the food was subpar. $14 for 4 sad,cold, and old tiger prawns, $13 for a cheese board that was nothing to write home to mom about …..and my drink was the disappointment of them all. It was served in a highball glass that looked like it came from the dollar store and the drink was hella watered down and no flavor. I am writing this as I sit in the bar, paying my tab and will walk out and never look back ✌

It doesn’t get any better than this. I will come back to Scottsdale just to eat here. One of the best meals I have ever had. The Dover Sole was just incredible. The lobster escargot was to die for. I loved this restaurant and cannot wait to come back.
