10/10 breakfast place. We try to come in twice a month. The coffee is fresh, the food is tasty, and the staff are always checking in on you. Every Saturday, we have to wait for 20mn to be seated, that how busy they get. We still commit to going in either way.

Great diner food in a perfect location. Serving sizes are big, great selection of all kinds of food and great service. There is plenty of spaced out indoor and outdoor seating (for covid safety) and the servers are kind and helpful. The home fries are some of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t know what they cook they with but they are fantastic.

I don’t have enough words to describe how pleasant and homie sensation my experience was this morning at the Lincoln’s landing diner. I was hesitant at first that given a smaller-ish space with lots of traffic going in and out that I won’t be able to experience a diner experience but i did! A great breakfast, classic eggs, homefries , refilling coffee , with lots of jam and other condiments available for your choosing. Have you ever tried orange jam on scrambled eggs and cheese before?? You should! I know it is weird but give it a try!

I love this little mom and pop shop. They have lots of gluten-free options and are very welcoming every time we are there. They can get very busy and it is a very snug fit inside but totally worth the wait. The strawberry shortcake pancakes are delicious. Be warned anytime you order pancakes that the menu does indicate it, but there are three big pancakes that come with it. That’s the most common thing I hear people say in the restaurant. I had no idea that there would be so much pancake to eat. Lol

I came from New York to swampscott for a wedding and walked here on a recommendation from a local. The staff were very kind and the food blew me away. These are the best home fries I’ve had in my entire life and I’ll be thinking about them every time I go to my regular diner’s in New York.
