First visit. Food was good, but the service has alot to be desired. We were not greeted when entered. Our waitress was not attentive…never checking on us or if we needed anything. I asked for a lemonade and she seemed to forget so had to wave her down again and ask for my drink. By then I was thirsty after the appetizer so asked for drink again and for a refill right away. Needless to say no refill brought. So after some time once my primary drink was gone, waved her down again. She clearly saw me, NEVER came to table, Never got another drink. Her lack of care or response was shown in the very SMALL tip given Quite sad as place is nice and food good but………

Water tasted like salt water. Fried chicken was cold in the middle. They brought back to kitchen to refry it and tried to reassure us that the product was precooked so wouldn’t make anyone sick. You would think they would offer to take some money off of bill but they did not.

Excellent place. Cozy hole in the wall. Went for the fish fry which was top notch. The special fries are your standard limp lightly greasy fresh cut diner fries, I’d like to try the lodge fries when i go back.

Wish so bad i could give a 0 stars. so many things wrong with our experience. walked in and was not greeted nor talked to. just given horrible stares from Linda and her family who hung around the bar. Absolutely terrible service and awful manners. Staff was hacking and coughing and looked inconvenienced when asked for a refill or napkins. Incredibly rude and was not treated with any sort of hospitality. Took 2 hours to get food. Water tasted absolutely horrible as well.

When my father and I got here, there was no one working at the bar. There was about 12-15 people here, none of them had food yet. It took the owner/cook 40 minutes to acknowledge that we were there and told us to wait. We got the food and it did not taste the greatest. The french fries were a bit under cooked and the cheeseburger was cooked unevenly. Other than that, people there were nice and friendly.

The food is decent but took 2 hrs to get food and there was only one table before us. Then 2 other tables came in after us got their food and had to-go boxes and we were still waiting for our food. Then they brought my sons pizza out and we still had to wait for our food we only had fish and shrimp so not sure why it took 2 hrs. My son asked for crayons and the man acted like it was too hard to get him some. I mean if I’m going to be here for 2hrs can’t we entertain ourselves with crayons. Needless to say he never brought them. Another lady did 1 1/2 later when my son asked again. Not a great experience.
