I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied that this came out of the sweat and sour sauce attached to the chicken I have spent my hard earned money and I am in disbelief that this what ever this is it looks like hair to me …I’ve ordered a couple of times and this being my 2nd time I had it delivered to me …I’m not sure how you run things there but this is just gross and unacceptable, keep hair nets on your heads and gloves on your hands I’m so furious

Went to order here and they refused to deliver down the street but said they deliver 20 minutes away but not down the street yea makes real sense !!! O well lost our business for good and we had a 300 dollar order

The service at the restaurant has changed since I started going to Linden Kitchen 3 years ago. I used to be able to order variations of what was on the menu. I could ask for brown rice instead of white rice. Or ask for some tofu to be added to the broccoli and garlic sauce. The cooks and the person (usually a woman) at the register understood and were polite. This past Saturday I asked for brown rice instead of white rice. The woman at the register pointed to where brown rice was on the menu. However, she did not understand that I wanted to substitute it for the white rice. She could not understand anything I said. Instead she just pointed to the items. Which would be ok if you just wanted to order by the numbers and not have a little variation. I walked out. If the restaurant has changed policy, regarding the ability to make a substitution or request a variation, that should be stated on the menu. It should be communicated by someone who can speak English fluently. I gave two stars because the food is still good, but the staff is not showing any thought in who they put at the register and to take the orders.
