My family and I were visiting California from Chicago, IL for the first time and this restaurant did not disappoint any of us, this is by far the best Mexican food in the area, it’s phenomenal. As soon as you enter it feels like home, everyone is super friendly and treat you with respect. The service was amazing, they have handmade tortillas (which is a plus), very courteous, and the food is delicious. They do have plenty of options on their menu, if they don’t and you request it they would gladly prepare that for you. They have reasonable prices!!!! We would definitely come back to this place.

I would give more stars if I could, this little gem is thee ABSOLUTE BEST in Hawthorne, the menudo is a must have, fresh handmade tortillas while your food is being made I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Ladies who served us were so sweet and welcoming. Handmade tortillas for the win, always! We got the huitlacoche-flor de calabaza quesadilla and a bunch of tacos, plus drinks, and it came out to less than $20 I believe. V v authentic.
