Serving locally sourced ingredients, produce and products whenever possible, we pride ourselves on excellent food and even better service. In addition to Haagen Dazs’ premium flavors and delicious ice cream cakes, the deli serves Boar’s Head sandwiches, homemade soups, salads, and local Allegro coffee. Open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer full service catering in and outside of Boulder. This locally owned business is the brain child and first love of Lindsay Shaw.

I recently had the misfortune of ordering a build-your-own sandwich at Lindsay’s Deli, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. The sandwich was missing two crucial ingredients that I had specifically requested: tomatoes and bacon. How can a sandwich be called a “build-your-own” when it doesn’t even have the basic components that were asked for? It was a complete let down and not to mention it was $14!!!!

Definitely a staple on the Pearl Street Mall. The employee are usually so great. And their sandwiches and drinks are amazing! I wish they had sugar-free ice cream though. Though I am grateful that they carry three different sugar-free syrup options for the coffee drinks!

Fantastic joint, the staff were so, so friendly to us, the atmosphere was lovely and the New Yorker was probably the best sandwich I’ve had in a while. The titular Lindsey especially was so fun to talk to and made us feel right at home. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Colorado<3

I regularly go to Lindsay’s when I crave a hand-made, filling, and delicious sandwich. They have everything to offer, from light and refreshing to hearty and massive sandwiches. Their location is great if you’re walking up and down pearl and need somewhere to refuel, and they’re even open decently late if you need that late night energy. I can’t forget to mention that they have killer soups and hot dogs. All at a reasonable price!

The Mile High Turkey Club is amazing, but can definitely be split between two people. My friend got the boar’s Head chili and said it was delicious and not super spicy. They also have HagenDaz ice cream available inside. Staff is really nice and super accommodating. Decent amount of seating, but could be a bit more.

Homemade soup (chicken noodle hit the spot) get there early for all the selections! My partner had a tricked out egg salad sandwich that she said was tasty (bacon, chz, sprouts). No photos as we ate it so fast!
