Really bad staff and horrible service. It’s obvious they do not care about the guest experience and are just keeping it open because it’s a hotel. I just waved at one of the servers to get his attention and he waved back at me and continued leaning against the wall doing nothing. It’s clear there is no management pushing them and no one looking at the cameras. Other guests had to physically enter their server area just to force them to come out to give him coffee.

We had a first experience with the Happy Hour” drinks (and food) for a birthday ; and it was…”eh;” as the Happy Hour menu was limited (didn’t know this until I asked if the menu that I had was the HH menu but learned that it was the wrong menu…good thing that we didn’t order from it; as the pricing may have been very different). I ordered a “Godfather” – which is a norm for me when visiting and ordering from a new place. The pricing was twice the normal due to pricing separately instead of in the same glass (though I paid it ..but my normal tipping reflected the overpricing …sorry, Daisy….next time, ok ). Overall, I give a 4- rating because I’m not insensitive; and the “Happy Hour” is a relatively new function; so, that’s it.
