I ordered orange chicken, when I got home and tasted it, it was horrible, very dry, and hardly had any orange flavor. It was so bad, that I actually got back in my car and took it back to them to get a refund! They preferred to make me a replacement instead of give me a refund. The owner even said that yes it was dry, first they tried to tell me that some people prefer dry overcooked chicken. Let me say that I will never go back to ling ling again. Rather go hungry than patronize that restaurant.

If I could give zero stars I would. We used to love ling ling, we only get it once every 6-12 months because it’s now a further drive for us. I was excited when my husband suggested it tonight. Everything we had tasted very weird. We had the general tso combo, egg foo young combo and an order of chicken on a stick. The rice and gravy tasted like they wrung out the dishcloth in them. The general tsos was so thick and just wasn’t good, the egg foo young had tons of hard peas in it and the chicken on a stick had a super thin sauce on them and a lot of fat on them. Didn’t get to try the egg rolls because the thin sauce from the chicken on a stick leaked onto them and it was a mess. Won’t be going there ever again, was a waste of $35.

Food wasn’t that great. I ordered general chicken with pork fried rice meal and chicken wing with chicken fried rice. The general chicken tasted terrible and the chicken fried rice didn’t look appetizing. I won’t order from here again. Save your money and go some place else. I should have listened to the reviews but I took the chance anyway bec I was told they were good. Don’t waste your money here.

Order was misleading. It came with eggs and the shrimp was not fried and the dish was covered in sauce. When I called the restaurant they were completely rude and unapologetic and blamed me for ordering wrong. It was only when I said I would never order again and put a low star review is when they were willing to refund me and make the order correctly. Never ordering from them again!

I thought it was just me, finding the help rude, and quality of food going down. Today I read the other reviews and found I’m not alone. Mr. Ling would be horrified after serving great food for so many years. Will find another place that Wants my business.

I’ve been going Ling Ling for nearly 20 years. I have PREVIOUSLY referred Ling Ling MORE TIMES THAN I CAN COUNT! I USED to love this place! HOWEVER, the past few times I ordered, the food was TERRIBLE. SAME THING tonight, this time I called and squeamishly told them that I did not like the food, and ask if I could return it for a refund. The owner answered and said, “no you can’t do that! I DON’T LIKE YOU. Don’t ever come back here again!”
