This is definitely a date night spot, and it’s a great location. The ambiance was giving chill/moody. Like you don’t have to put on your Sundays best, but also, if you did, it wouldn’t be doing too much. It was quiet and romantic, nice for conversations .

Yet another gem in San Diego! Great atmosphere, delicious food. We were graciously welcomed with a glass of bubbly. Service was friendly and offered some excellent suggestions.

We visited San Diego and were staying in the Gas Lamp district. With this being a short 5-minute walk from our hotel, we gave it a try! The ambiance and food/drinks were amazing. The service was slightly slow but still had a great experience overall.

Hip and trendy sushi and seafood spot in the Gaslamp District. Slightly overpriced for what it is, but the food was good and unique. Definitely worth a visit after one of the Petco stadium games. There are a handful of non seafood and vegetarian options here.

Went here on a Friday night with a small group of friends. The food was solid good and the dessert portions were quite large. Cocktails were tasty. All in all solid good. The service was OK. Not bad, but when spending over $100/person on food, we expect a little more attentiveness, especially when the restaurant was not full. 3 people got the Duck, Duck, Goose and said it was excellent. I got the scallops and they were good, but not amazing, and definitely not worth over $15 a scallop. While I’d go here again, it’s not top on my must-revisit list, as for the money I can get outstanding food elsewhere, whereas this food was just very good.

Spicy Octopus was out of this world 10/10. Broiled salmon was just okay 6/10. The 18 layer cake was good and not overly sweet….stout was good while hazy IPA was delicious.

One of the best restaurants my boyfriend and I have ever been to! We got the steak and shrimp robata, NY steak, bezerk sushi roll. Everything was amazing! Our server Juan was great too! He was really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the menu.

Went there after a conference. The menu was overwhelming because we had no idea what 1/2 of the ingredients were. We were surprisingly pleased with the dishes.
