Posting this from the toilet. I looked at what we had ordered today for $25 and thought, “wow that looks not cooked”. I’m not one to shrink back from red meat, but I was wrong today. I have easily ate at this location hundreds of times, but I’m not coming back. Now I’m about to start a 4 hour road trip with my stomach gurgling.

This is the third time I have Ordered from the O’fallon location and this is the third time they did not send part of my order! I have never had any issues at any other Lion’s choice stores. I order at least once a week! This is 3 times i ordered a MEAL and only got the sandwich!!!! $15 is a lot for a sandwich! I doubt I will be using this location again!

Would have been better if the fries weren’t old and cold, and they could actually follow basic requests like “yes, I’d like horseradish and barbecue” zero sauces with my order, fries cold as Antarctica and the amount of meat on a “large” sandwich was about 2 ounces! On top of it, they charge almost $7 a sandwich! It’s obvious, but looks like it will be another 2 years before I give it a chance again, just like last time I went there and got rude service and a pathetic product for an inflated price! Last but not least, the meat was literally raw and cold! Literally every bit of it was red! I shouldn’t have to microwave a $17 order for 2 sandwiches and a so called large fry to try and avoid food poisoning again from this place with minuscule amount of meat. On top of it all, didn’t get a receipt to even know how to complain! Avoid at all costs! I could have went to Texas Roadhouse and got a steak meal that’s cooked correctly with sides for the same price!

Never had issues before but the amount of meat or lack there of on the Butcher Block sandwich is ridiculous for the price. Not to mention it was extremely cold. I’m extremely disappointed in Lions Choice, I expect better quality from them.
