The cheese is sauce out of a can. Meat has ok flavor but it just doesn’t work. I’d rather go to Arby’s.

I have never been to a Lions choice, so I’m glad this was my first experience. I ordered through the drive thru and the lady that assisted me with my order was kind, patient and friendly. I had three separate orders and she made everything super easy order, food and money wise. The food came out hot, fresh and perfect! 10 stars all around to this specific place!

We stopped in for a quick late lunch (approx 2:30 5/10) and had never eaten here before. We were surprised at how flavorful the meat was compared to Arby’s. The fries were hot and crispy. The service was quick. I was surprised to see so many poor reviews. I guess it just depends on the who’s working? We had a great experience! And we’ll definitely go back!

I went into the restaurant and ordered a roast beef combo for dine-in. As I waited for my order, I noticed many people who ordered after me getting their food, including a family of four with a large order. After waiting for a half hour, I went back to the counter and got a refund and left. This was surprising as I have had good service from other Lion’s Choice restaurants that I have been to. I will not be going back to this location. Very disappointing service.

This place was fairly expensive and very bad. I am leaving this review because I wish that someone had warned me about this place. Very small portions, mushy meat. We also ordered the apple pie concrete, which wasn’t bad… but it seemed no one in the building knew how to operate the machine to make one. The cashier asked if we wanted it now or with our food, so we said we’d take it now. It finally got to us about 20 minutes later. It tasted fine, but was half melted. I saw someone at the DQ next door bring some concretes out and flip them upside down to show that they were fresh, and I joked about what would happen if they had tried to do that with ours. Traffic was heavy, and I couldn’t help but think that someone in their car was watching us eat, and felt bad for us because they had been here before and knew how bad it was. “those poor unfortunate souls… this must be their first time there.”

The BBQ sandwich looks like a bad attempt at a sloppy Joe which I didn’t know could look worse and the taste wasn’t far from that. The “king” roast beef had about half the meat the smallest sandwich at Arby’s has. you pay $13 for a sandwich you would expect more than 2 slices of meat between dry bread.

I had a roast beef sand here a year ago and it was great, very tender beef and thought that’s what I would experience again this evening when I ordered another one. The person who worked my order wasn’t friendly at all. Seemed rather grumpy. I was the only one going thru the drive and only 1 car was parked on the other side as I left, in other words – not busy at all. Got home and found my roast beef was very poor quality, lots of tough stuff that I couldn’t chew up at all and not even much in it….not even close to the picture they post.

Kiddos working there were super nice. The food was so incredibly DISGUSTING. I went to take my first bite and and my teeth couldn’t bite through the meat. I thought someone maybe left a food glove inside because it felt rubbery, but nope…it was the “meat”. Not good at all. And definitively not shaved super thin as they claim. Will never ever eat at anothe Lion’s Choice. Neither of us ate our sandwiches. Fed the plain one to the dogs. Waste of $20. ‍♀️

We always talked about trying this place when we drove through St Louis but never did. When it came to the Kansas City area we tried it pretty much immediately. Since Davis has been our go-to spot for fast-food over just about any other place.

Dirty and the cashier was very rude. I’ve only eaten at a Lion’s Choice one other time in my life around 6 years ago and she was upset that we had to explain the menu to my mother-in-law who has dementia. They also told us they only served fish on certain days even though the menu did not mention that, which caused my mother-in-law additional confusion.
