My family and I used to love this place. That’s when Lisa owned it. She sold it a while back and the food is not as tasty as it once was. In fact we were downright disappointed in our once fave choices, the chili and the soups. KIds meals were a disappointment, too.

I normally go on Thursday with coworkers but we decided to go today which is a Wednesday. Cajun wings r usually excellent, but today they were terrible. Out of 12 wings 5 were seasoned, 2 had no seasoning and the rest were partially seasoned. A few of my coworkers were unhappy as well. Don’t know what happened.

Extremely disappointed in the service and how I was treated at this restaurant last night. I have been a customer of Lisa’s for more than a decade, and last night placed an order for pickup over the phone. I had used the menu that is on their website for pricing but when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food and pay, I noticed that the prices were different than what was on the menu – when I questioned them about that, they told me they have new prices and it hasn’t been changed on the website, this new menu was only available IN STORE (???). I had asked if they would at least honor the prices on the online menu. Apparently this was an obscene question because not only did they ignore me, they kept walking away and looked at me like I had 6 heads. If this is how you conduct business, I’m ashamed. The wings were also not great – very very crispy and didn’t taste fresh at all. Not sure if there has been new management or maybe it was just the employees working last night, but safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to not recommend Lisa’s . I love supporting local, but part of that is treating your community of customers right.

Ordered a wrap, and I was astonished at the size! So many places charge a lot and give you something small. I couldn’t eat my wrap and salad in one sitting, so I eagerly saved the rest for lunch the next day.

Not sure what happened to this place – it used to be a go-to but the bad customer service, wrong items and Jesus pamphlet included in the carry-out bag are a turn off. Ordered one type of salad and got something else with eggs & lettuce. Not even close. I was told to hold while they decided whether they would exchange it for the correct one. Since when did ordering an item off the menu and getting something different mean tough luck? Especially since my receipt backed up the correct order. Plus, the Ministries of Nuestro Pan Diario come to Jesus booklet they included was odd. Is this a thing now?

I mainly come here for the Wings as I’ve been a regular for a couple of years. The wings can be a hit or miss. My guessing is it depends on the cook who makes them or its the time of day they’re being made. You can imagine near the end of the day, the fryer is probably filled with old grease. I try to make my orders as late as the early evening hours.
