Good food at a good price! I frequent this place on my lunch breaks and can get a quick, delicious, filling meal with a large drink for less than $10! Fast, tasty, filling, and cheap! Not many fast food places can deliver on all 4 of those at the same time. It is also almost never busy (how?) and is always clean. Great job, Lisa! (Come for the chicken, stay for the deal or no deal)

The food is awesome! The portions are definitely Tex sized in my opinion too. The staff is friendly, and attentive as well which makes it even better. Definitely recommend giving this location a try.

I had the fried catfish with fried okra and coleslaw. The only good thing I can say is the catfish was cooked correctly for the most part. Moist and tender. One filet was undercooked. Everything was under seasoned and flavorless. The catfish had no seasoning whatsoever. If the okra had any I couldn’t tell. The food isn’t even fast food mediocre. It’s not even that good. Maybe their chicken is better but I’ll never find out.

I grew up eating from the original Lisa’s in north Fort Worth. The chicken tenders and fried chicken are still good but the prices are high compared to what they were while I can still buy a pound of chicken breast for 1.97 a pound. I’ve shown up at open and left because the store manager showed up 25 minutes late, then when I wanted to order, it would take another 30 minutes for them to prep. The last 4 times I have been my fries have been cold, fish was cold and my order has been wrong. I live 3 blocks away so there’s no way a 3 minute drive would allow my food to be that cold. Please, get it together, I love it as a person who grew up on this for 25 plus years…

This location is AWFUL!! We moved out of the area where there isn’t a Lisa’s chicken and we’re so excited to be able to stop in for some of that awesome chicken!! We had no idea the chicken was going to smell like dirty dishwater. Maybe clean the grease or whatever u all cook the chicken in. Idk but definitely find out what is going on and FIX IT YUK!!
