Lisa’s Family Pizzeria in Belmont is an A++ across the board. Most importantly, the food is superior quality. Secondly the prices are more competitive than anyone in the area. I have been in Watertown for 10 years and Lisa’s pizza is in a league of their own with the taste and quality of their pizza, and they have a number of pizza and food options to choose from. I have also had their chicken stir fry sub which is mouthwatering, and their chicken wings this week exceeded all expectations. The family owned business also has a very friendly family making the atmosphere very comfortable. I have yet to go wrong with anything I have ordered. If you are also on the move and need a quick hit with 2 cheese slices and a soda it is $5 which includes tax, and if fresh out of the oven it is incredibly delicious and ridiculously reasonable for $5. Don’t forget to join their loyalty program either as it is the best one in the area. Do not hesitate to put Lisa’s into your consistent rotation!

I ordered a $17 fish n chips and I wouldn’t say it’s a surprise, consider the portion 3 stars might be the max. I got one magnitude better in other sandwich shops in greater Boston area. I did notice that their pizza only sold at $2 per slice but i didn’t give it a try. Won’t repeat.

With only a couple of hours notice, the folks at Lisa’s put together a group order including a half tray of pasta, pizzas, and wings. They also helped me figure out how much food to order and accommodated a GF order. It was fresh, ready on time, and received rave reviews from our guests. We’ve ordered from Lisa’s before, and this was my first choice for the last minute request. So appreciative they could do it.

Never have felt the need to write a review but here we go… ordered dinner for delivery last night around 5:40pm, said it should arrive around 6:30pm, sweet. 6:30pm went and passed, I get it everyone is short staffed and busy on a Saturday night. Around 7:30 I get a random picture with no context from the delivery driver of a building that is not mine. I proceed to send him my exact location to where he says “I am in this place, you can come and get it, I don’t speak English”. After now finally getting through the one of the restaurants lines after 8pm they attempted to help (after blaming me for using a “wrong address”) but the delivery still never arrived. Just called this morning to ask about a refund, said they processed it but proceeded to hang up on me after I had asked about anything else they can do to make this right. I spent almost 3 hours trying to get my food and ended up empty handed. I just hope they improve their means of customer service so this does not happen to anyone else.

I go to the nail salon across the street from this place (which I highly recommend! Ask for Sophia) but just recently tried them out via delivery (Grubhub) and I’m so glad I did! I can only speak personally, but thus far I’ve been very happy with the food in both quality and value for your money. The pizza is absolutely delicious, real Italian thin, crispy crust. The chicken fingers are also yummy, and the breading is nice and crunchy, while not drying out the chicken itself. Also tried the rigatoni, broccoli, alfredo with chicken which was extremely delicious (and I’m a tough critic on pasta) the pasta was al dente and the sauce was really good. They do their own deliveries and the gentleman who delivers is very nice, prompt, and professional. I try to always tip well! Thanks Lisa’s, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Happy new year!

Food isn’t the same since the Portuguese owner sold it to a person from Nepal!!. Food isn’t good at all. I don’t know who they got as a chef but they need to hire better chefs. And what’s worse is that they have a prime location and their food is gross. Too many pizza shops in small town of Belmont as it it . No room for bad food. Replace this place with a Popeyes!;

I have to say the food, is excellent and consistent. This is my second time this week. They are very generous with their food portions. I’ve been to their Quincy location a many times. Food is consistent. Love their Chicken Alfredo and pulled pork MnC.
