We were on our way over here to eat. So we called to try and order before we arrived. We kept getting hung up on every time we called. Finally, when we pulled up, they answered and took our order. Went inside, and while we were paying, we noticed when the phone rang, the lady in the front was answering and hanging up. This happened multiple times, so my stepmother asked, “Why are you guys doing that?” And the lady went off on her saying that if the lobby is full that they are allowed to hang up on customers and told her we neeed to leave or they were going to call the cops. So the cops came and asked us to leave. We are never eating here again! Horrible customer service!!

I have been a loyal patron of Little Anita’s for over a decade, and I must say that my recent dining experience left me extremely disappointed. Little Anita’s has always been famous for its delectable green chili, but sadly, it seems that the quality has taken a significant hit under the new management.

Whoever the lady is answering phones tonight 4/27/2023 needs to be fired. Not only was I mad at the way she talked to me on the phone, her rudeness was the gossip in the parking lot amongst other customers too. If this is who Little Anita’s wants to be the face of their business, then I will stop spending the generous sums at your establishment, and will never leave a tip when she is working again. She was so busy being rude she got my $40 order wrong and sent us shredded instead of ground beef. Not happy to work all day to order food and be treated like that. If you must have a name before a person can order, don’t answer the phone, Little Anitas what can I get you? Only to start ordering, get rudely interrupted and told I can’t order without a name. Answer the phone, can I get a name for your order please. If that’s how you feel, or can’t ask later. Does she hate her job? Or just hate the people who pay her salary? Rude rude rude.

First time trying and I promise You I won’t be eating there again.. food was okay served in take out containers but the taste was not pleasant.. my plate “green enchiladas” the rice was hard and the enchiladas tortillas was so hard and not tasty.. my boyfriends plate ” taco salad and the meat was horrible it tasted like it was there for weeks.. we didn’t finish our food took it and threw it out.. there Staff were nice and I understand food is maybe pre-made but getting your food in literally less then 5 mins after ordering and with only one cook is not normal.. if I wanted a TV tray dinner I would have went to buy one and saved the money..

Had sop burgers today and they were a mess for the price we pay you would expect for your burger to warm. They were cold, and hardly had any fries for the price to pay. You’ve had food there before prices you should be good but now that I’ve gotten more expensive it seems that they’re getting worse on what they give you for the money. Too bad to be a great place.

Ate here this morning 3-18-23, I’ve never been more sick in my life. I have the worst food poising. Haven’t stopped vomiting for a consecutive 4 hours. NEVER AGAIN!!! Considering going to the hospital. I don’t recommend at all.

Service was good. The gal behind the counter was pleasant. This Little Anita’s should add “Express” into their name. It’s not a restaurant, it’s an express kinda place, take-out style. Food wasn’t the greatest…just ok. I may return, at least now I know it’s not a sit down place.
