Good pizza. Bad customer service. Paid by cash. Was due $1.37 change out of cash given to lady service rep. Never will buy again at this location. No change returned. Didn’t bother to argue with the ghetto attitude workers there. This The second Little Caesars and I’ve had this problem with including the one in Covington in Covington crossroads strip mall.

I have been rocking with Lil Caesar’s since I found out how the owner supported Rosa Parks. He really must have had a significant respect for service, human service, customer service. They would both be greatly disappointed with this particular restaurant. I wish I could be proud of the young African American employees there. Someone has certainly given them a great chance to run a great franchise. Unfortunately, they are failing. Failing from a hygienic point of few, fresh food point of view, consistent good customer service to include answering the phone. I picked up a pizza (hot and ready) in a rush for my kids. (Ok, I did not check it) I get home and the pizza is dry, hard and some what warm. I called several times as I did not want to return. I would have been ok if I could have spoke with someone over the phone. I would have taken the time to address my other concerns. I would have did this out of love and having been young once as well. After calling six times no one answered the phone. My wife has complained about the service as well. Her particular concern is the employees making the pizza doesn’t wear gloves or hairnets. My response was no one has really said anything because it has been like that. So, now I am saying something. Corporate needs to look into this particular operation as well as other reviews about this restaurant. I support the legacy but not the present service of this particular establishment.

I ordered the thin crust pepperoni, and when I say I were definitely pleased, I were definitely pleased. The crust couldn’t have been any thinner. It was tasty AND OH, let’s not forget the new seasoning they have called the ZAK PAK and the herbs and seasoning was so flavorful

This place has gotten worse and worse over time. Ordering online does no good because the employees don’t look out for them. Also, no uniforms! Everyone looks like they just came back from the gym or their beach house. Worse yet, no one wears gloves or any protective gear. The last time I was there, one of the girls preparing the pizzas was holding her phone, the same phone she likely takes with her to the toilet (because everyone does) in her hand WHILE making the pizzas. Honestly I wanted to throw up. Thankfully I only had a small order, so I decided to absorb this small loss to my wallet and walked away empty-handed. Not only that but I had ordered ahead and arrived 30 minutes later only to realize they hadn’t started. The first employee whom I dealt with told me it would take about 5 more minutes, so I waited 5 minutes and then some, only to walk back in and be told it would take another 10 minutes, FOR ONE PIZZA! I’ve given this location more chances than it deserves only because it’s the closest to me, but no more. If you value your time, money, and health, STAY AWAY!

It’s always extremely hot in this location! Every night about 30-45 minutes before closing, they all get together and come up with an excuse to not serve food. Either they say they’re closed early with no reason other than the stoves are being cleaned, or they say they’re out of dough.

Nasty! The worst Little Caesar’s I’ve tried. It looks and taste like microwave Pizza, nothing crust. Looks as it was out all day waiting to be order to place it in the oven. Drive a little far and go to a better one!

I placed my delivery order with door dash. When they arrived I told them my order was wrong. She stated she picked up the order out of the portal and it wasn’t her problem. I had a vegetarian at my house and they didn’t bring my cheese pizza. I had to go myself to the store and pick up my cheese pizza. I received no refund for the delivery fee or the 7.00 I tipped the driver.
