I realize I went at 945pm but the food wasn’t even cooked, it’s like there was no yeast used in the dough… crazy bread was flat and undercooked. Wack

Honestly tonite was amazing the drive through was so busy but the workers did an amazing job maintaining. Thank you for taking the time to work even when we have a storm coming to feed the community. You all deserve raises as this location today is a model of how smooth all locations should run.

The experience is typically the same. A long wait, but fairly pleasant staff. This trip I used the drive thru and it was backed up. I was asked to park on the side and someone would bring my order when it was ready. A young man brought an order that wasn’t mine, he apologized and returned with what I thought was my order. I checked before leaving and the order was incorrect for a 2nd time. I went inside to get the correct order.

I placed a delivery order with this little ceasers and I’m appalled and shocked that they had the NERVE to deliver the pizza and bread sticks that showed up at my home. Delivery of food can sometimes be a gamble to whether it’s a little cold or not so perfect but can still be edible. I was absolutely disgusted by this order that I couldn’t possibly have eaten. The pizza had no crust and what there was looked greyish brown. The bread sticks were completely flat and uncooked. The worst thing I’ve ever seen. I didn’t even try to eat it because I was worried about food poisoning. I had to call doordash for a refund that I was supposed to get but never did. I had to call my bank to reverse the charge. I had told doordash that the delivery driver come back to pick it up or deliver another pizza. Doordash said they don’t do that. I called the store and was told they are sorry for my bad experience. And that’s all they said. I had a similar experience from little ceasers but I could still eat it and I thought I would try again and this is what happened this time. I can’t believe they actually had the gall to deliver something like that to someone’s home. Obviously old dough they wanted to get rid of and figured if they send it to be delivered than they could get away with it. So gross!! If you order from THIS store I would look at the food before the delivery driver leaves. All little ceasers stores are not like this one. Beware of how they could care less about their customers. Thankyou for reading this my fellow patrons of this Holly Hill Little Ceasers.

For almost having a near death (just kidding, but it was bad) experience here (unrelated to the Little Caesars) this is one of my favorite places in town. Everyone is sweet, helpful, and it’s good cheap pizza. I buy pizzas all the time for various club meetings. They also know me from the car accident that left me in their parking lot, and they’re super nice to me, hahah. I’ll never stop going here.

Usually all their food is amazing… but last night I ordered the stuffed pretzel crust pizza and they put WAYYYYY to much salt. Was so salty it was overwhelming. The salt they use on there is strong u only need a couple sprinkled on. This made my husband throw up it was that overpowering. Also their crazy bread isn’t the same. Used to be dripping in butter with chunks of garlic on it and parm. Now it’s so dry you still see the white flour on it when it’s baked. Miss the way their food used to be guess I’m sticking to the regular hot n readies. Even those sometimes are overcooked and taste old.

It’s an older store but could use a lil elbow grease for a face lift but I have gone here since its opening and food is always what you order. Even though they were forced to raise prices they still are the best deal in town with a large pizza for about 6$.
