When I got there, my online order wasn’t there. After MUCH debate, the cashier decided a prior customer must have taken it and called her asking her to bring it back to me. When the customer answered in English, the cashier freaked out, since she didn’t speak English and frantically had a customer speak to her and ask for the pizza back. The customer obviously declined, and it was only at that point that they started making my order again.

I’ve been buying pizza from this location for 10 years. Ten years ago a gentleman named Manny was the manager. He had the store working like a Swiss watch and the pizza was phenomenal. My orders are usually supreme and five meat. Unfortunately corporate took Manny from this location and sent him somewhere else. Since then only one out of every five times the pizza and service has been good. I recently contacted head office and complained. Today I ordered a supreme and a five meat through the portal and when I got home the supreme had no green peppers and almost a can of sliced olives(supremes aren’t supposed to have olives). Both pizzas also seemed to have stale bread as if they took two pepperoni pizzas that had been sitting around for hours and added everything else for my order. This was the last time.

Today March 5, 2021, I did my online order and the system indicated I’d pick up my pizza at 8:16 pm, an hour later my pizza wasn’t ready. Tonight I wasn’t the only one, most of the clients complained about the delay and the terrible attention received. This is the worst Little Caesar I’ve ever been to. I hope I never have to go back to this place. “Terrible”

They don’t answer the phone, they want you to order on line, I ended up going in person and observed 4 employees and the phones were ringing off the hook. Pizza just ok. If you go half an hour before closing they tell you they don’t have certain things in order not to make them.

We order pizza from here all the time. Let me we have been using the pizza portal exclusively. It’s wonderful. If you have not tried it download the app. Are used to hate standing in line waiting around for the pizza. But now I just walk in and enter my code into the pizza portal and walk out with my pizza. No waiting. I think they have the big companies like Pizza Hut and Domino’s on the run.
