The promotions online don’t work. When you tell them and show them they still don’t honor the price. I understand it’s an online promo but if it’s not working then the store should adjust. No manager so the clerk has to text and wait for a response from manager?! Your lucky if they have anything hot and ready for you to grab and go, isn’t that their concept?

Staff is always friendly! We ordered 2 cheese pizzas from here tonight. One pizza was perfect with no issues. The other had so much sauce it soaked through the box by the time we got home about a 7 min drive. We ended up throwing one entire pizza away because when you tried to pick up a piece it was soaked with sauce and fell apart. The last photo is from the 2nd(good pizza) and the first 3 are from the over sauced mess of a pizza. Usually they are really good and have no issues but tonight they dropped the ball.

I order delivery and was very disappointed with my experience. I normally love Little Caesars pizza, but the quality was lacking in taste and presentation. My breadsticks looked and tasted nothing like the traditional breadsticks. My pizza crust was off too in taste. You know when you have a frequent spot that hits a craving and brings back childhood memories, well I was expecting Little Caesars, but did not get the taste I was expecting. Super bummed since this is the closest location to my new house.

We ordered from here and they took our money. An hour later, they cancelled our order and didn’t tell us. When I called to complain I was sent to an offshore call center. They will refund my money in 10 days. I called directly to the store in question and the employee put me on hold for ten minutes. After he returned, I told him what happened and he hung up on me. We will be taking them to small claims court for false advertising, withholding our money and not delivering the goods purchased, and to reimburse us for our time spent working with them. I suspect that this will cost them a lot more than they expect.

Came in paid for hot and ready. Okay 10 ppl got there orders. I asked nicely the first time. Second time 10min after after 20min late sitting there. The black lady threw my Oder on table didn’t say nothing. And left. Then the owner came to me. Saying to grab my order and leave. That inside wasn’t American operated she was the owner a mixed across seas women. Saying she don’t care pretty much. No repect, or value,Or order for there employee to talk to customers like that will not return. And and it up o higher gov branches. Unacceptable

They refuse to answer the phone so you have to order online. The system took my order then went out. Rather than order again and get charged again, I had to come in to see if it went through. I get here, no order, and no food. Friggin absurd.

I regret my decision of ordering here. I placed an online order at 12:34 for my son’s birthday party at 2. I came here at 1:30 and the order hasn’t even started yet. There is only one person here. What a joke. Pathetic and ruined the birthday party because it’s 2:10 and we are still waiting for the pizzas. Of course I can’t blame the guy who is working. He is the only one and I understand he can only do so much. This review is for the company not for the employee.

I guess their AC is broken and they do not have enough staff… And when ordering I asked “what is ready to go” he said cheese or pepperoni. I ordered one of each… He started getting pizzas ready to go and gives someone else their order, then another person…. Fast forward to 20min later and I’m still waiting in this hot facility as my items in my car get heated up… If you can order pick up somewhere else in advance. Don’t plan on a quick “hot and ready” anything except a hot building with you ready to eat with no food…
