I hadn’t had Little Caesars since I was a kid. I didn’t even know they had wings. The pizza was great, and the garlic parm wings were phenomenal. I had no idea wings from this place would be so good. I wasn’t even high when eating them.

Short stout man behind the counter was rude to everyone. Must be something going on with him personally that he is taking out on customers. They got a lady’s order wrong in front of me and refused to issue refunds. That short dude simply said they were busy and didn’t have the time to let customers know they were out of the item she ordered. The dude was similarly rude to me when I was ordering. I feel that if he were to get fired or disciplined, the store would see success. If not, I don’t see the store making it with so many negative complaints, especially about customer service.

I placed a call-in order at 1030 am on the morning of my son’s birthday on 9/23/22 (after calling the day before to see when I should place the order). I arrived at the 6 pm time for my scheduled pickup and when I walked through the door the front counter was extremely rude telling me they were not accepting new orders and that because of the “morning crew not prepping pies” and because “someone placed a big order that morning”, that they were two hours behind!! Needless to say that I was the guy who ordered, but was told to called the day of!!!

Placed an order through the app on 03/27/23, order was wrong. I called the store and they offered me a free pizza next time I ordered since they were near closing time. Went in the next day and ordered the same thing (got it for free as promised) and IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I’ll give them one more try and I’m done.

Peopel ask me, yo you want some nice high quality pizza. And I yell NO. Becuase why spend money on ok pizza when you can spend 5 bucks on a hole pizza which in my eyes is the best pizza in the world. FIGHT ME IF YOU THINK DIFFERNTLY. I also like the kid that yells “One cheese, or One pep” because if he gets my order wrong I can say hey dude it was cheese not pep. Delivery guy dropped my pizza. Pie was all over inside box. Put it back together best I could because the cutting was a nightmare. Put it in the oven as it was cold. Finally got chance to eat it and it was so salty I fed it to my potbellied pig. I love salt, but this was disgusting. Never again.
