Hit the drive thru with my kids usually its quick but this time was told they had to make fresh and pull in the lot and we would be waived over..waited 25min before giving up on being waived over.the manager lady comes to the window I tell her we already ordered and been waiting she finds out pizza that had been done it seems 10min.the cheese pizza was beyond unedible she swapped out for one slightly better..the extra best pep was extra anything but lacking Roni or extra cooked

I called and ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese around 6:05pm today 07/05/23. I went to pick up the pizza at 6:18pm. I waited in the drive thru line until 6:57pm. There were 4 cars waiting including me. I pulled up to the drive thru and the gentleman grabbed my pizza from the right instead of in the warmer, placed it on the counter and said please wait while he went out front to help all the other people that walked into the store because they were tired of waiting for the drive thru. This was the worst experience I have had at this location. The pizza was luke warm and burnt. Needless to say the pizza was hard as a rock. I usually get excellent service at this location but today was not that day.

I was going to stop and get a few pizzas to feed the family.i pulled in and after looking at the area around d the pick up window I decided not to. The ground was full of litter and debris the place looked very run down and dirty they need to power wash the whole area around the pick up window. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Ordered a combo. You know stuff crust pizza, cheesey bread and 2liter. Not cool at all. Pizza was super oily plus Soggy. Don’t know about 4 stars or 5 but not here. They need to straighten up.

Says they close at 10 so I pull in at 9:30 and by the time I walk up to the door they had it locked and open sign off as if they had seen me walking up and did not want another customer 30 mins before closing. So go at least 1 hr before closing to do a take out order. I also tried to order online but after completing my online order I received a response that said they are not accepting any more online orders and the online order was at 9:35. Probably young employees not wanting to work until closing. Poor service, if your store is open till 10 and I walk in at 9:30 I should be able to make a order for one pizza.

Pizza is good but they charged me 15 $ for one large pizza and they didnt give me the recipt .. idk why it was so much i googled the prices because i remember it was around 6 to 8 $ for one large pizza

Place is going to dumps! 7th north should not get the recognized it’s getting..The food isn’t Hot N Ready like you think and dough isn’t made fresh everyday sometimes they are used from the night before and stored in the cooler. The job isn’t clean like it use to and the owner doesn’t take Time to clean it when closing. Lastly, The employee Bryan smells and should not work with employees or go near customers In those conditions. Someone needs to step up and get this store together or it’ll get shutdown

First time I walked in a girl asked if I needed anything I said no because I placed a mobile order I grabbed it and left. I realized I needed to buy a soda so I went back in grabbed a soda and stood at the counter, a Lady in the back Yell “If we get one more damn customers istg” after standing there and waiting I just left because it was obvious no one was going to help me.
