I understand being wary of pets in your store- but these animals were calm and obviously service animals. The way the management treated these paying customers- just for having a dog that alerts to cardiac conditions? Gross.

Just a typical little Caesars, they always have pizzas hot and ready to go. Not bad in a pinch. Never had any issues with the staff there or anything. Outside there is some shadiness sometimes and I don’t hang out there, but I’m sure I will be back at least to grab some to go.

The service is absolutely awful, how can a service dog be treated like a wild animal when it is medical equipment for me to be able to live my life. The management needs serious training in basic morals and Ethics.

If I could give this place 0 stars, believe me I would. This manager is unfit to be working and this company needs a wake up call. To think that it’s okay to not only discriminate against disabled people and their service dogs, but to also shout verbal abuse directly at them is beyond me. I expect better from companies like this, what a let down.

This store denies people entry for a service dog that is TASK TRAINED SERVICE ANIMALS alerting on CARDIC ALERTS that is essential for health and being able to be out in public at all. Ashamed, this place needs to read up on the law.

I’ve bought from this particular Little Caesars before in the past and it wasn’t all that great but this time around under New Management (Tom and John) the pizzas were phenomenal! Stuffed crust, extra cheese, dough not burnt or undercooked, simply mouth watering especially for the price. And I’ve got to feed a huge teenage boy who eats a pizza by himself. So much more affordable than Papa John’s. Definitely recommend. This is my second night in a row purchasing due to popular demand in my household.

Manager: unfit for duty. Verbal abuse with the use of vulgar language and yelling at customers in any situation is unacceptable in the work force. Social skills may be lacking in some people, but this man goes below the scale. And FYI, it is illegal to deny entry to service animals so if you are not looking for a lawsuit, I would put a leash on your misbehaving manager and send him for retraining. I’m amazed this incident wasn’t addressed the day of…

Worst person works as a manager here. I hope he is reprimaneded well, and taught to see people equally, especially our disabled friends. Pizza is not good either, very rude service.
