My husband just returned from your restaurant with an order he placed online for a made to order pizza. When we opened the box we had a cold, not fully cooked, disgusting mess. We had ordered the slices and sticks pizza. The entire thing was doughy and crust was still very white. Cheese was not fully melted. The breadsticks were paper thin (with holes throughout) and the pizza side was extremely thick and doughy. We have had issues with this store in the past with less than optimal pizza, however, I have never seen anything like this. Whomever is working there needs retrained or fired! This is horrible customer service. Please do something about this location.

Great place to grab something good, different and filling especially after a night out ; ) Make sure to call ahead because they make it fresh and don’t usually have things sitting around for pickup. I’ve had to wait 20 minutes so just be aware. I only get the cheese bread (amazing) and the crazy bread. I recommend. It’s actually a pain in the A get here if you aren’t local though.

Visited this location on two occasions. Now each time I came in all employees are extremely nice and I never have any issues with the food or service. But what I witnessed today was disgusting. A employee making my food in the back was wearing dirty work boots, had a long unkempt beard, and his fingernails were not trimmed and horrifically dirty. Almost 89% of disease is spread from dirty fingernails and I feel the manager allowing the employee to be presented in this manner is unacceptable and unsanitary.

They never answer their phone when you call to order and when you ask about it they just say “we don’t do the phone”. Daytime manager gives LIP SERVICE saying they’ll fix the problem but as of April 12 2023 same thing keeps happening.
