Location not very good. In plaza with convenient store and gas station with only about 8 parking spots. Both places get very busy. Was not able to park so I never got a pizza.

I ordered an extra most bestest cheese pizza and it was overdone, burnt in some places and tasted dry to the bone. I tried eating it and couldn’t get any further. Also got crazy bread which was also dry but otherwise standard. As I said and as you can see in the photo the pizza is burnt and the cheese barely covers the pizza in a lot of places. Not to mention my order took 20 minutes to get from the time I ordered. They did seem to be busy at the time and I was told I would have a 10 minute wait but I waited more than double that. The inside of the building is dirty, greasy grimmy and generally not appealing to the customer. Needs a deep cleaning. There is nowhere to sit while you are waiting aside from a tiny ledge infront of the window that is rather stiff and uncomfortable. I watched several employees handling food products such as dough, sauce, and toppings with no gloves or any proper sanitary items. Deeply dissatisfied with this experience. I will try going to the other location within the bfs across town. I wouldn’t recommend this location if your looking for hot and ready good pizza.

Got hot peppers on a regular pizza and I would think that you ask for dried hot peppers and not just get them on a regular pizza so be careful if you don’t like hot peppers

Got charged for items I didn’t receive then when I called and told them this and that I’d be coming back for them they charged me again when I got there. Didn’t give me a receipt either and the guy at the register was pretty unfriendly.

There was a plump old lady working at the counter and the way she was talking was very rude. I said I was order 860 and she said oh it’s not done. U can’t listen to what the app says. She then asked me for how many things were on it and I began reading off my items. She stopped and asks how many, I said 4, but there coulda been 3 other people who had 4 items. Then she tried to make me pay again even tho it was already paid. The manager came out and settled it. Food good!
