I ordered online from the Girard location a few weeks ago, went in & sat there for over a 1/2 hr, if not longer, past the time my order should have been ready. I even gave the girl at the counter my name, & l let them know there were pizzas in the portal, but no names on the screen. Upon looking at them myself, none of these orders were ours, according to the stickers on the boxes. The girl working, still didn’t have much to say or try to fix it. Finally a guy sitting in there waiting for his pizzas spoke up & said “you must have a big order” and when I said no, it was just 1 pizza & bread sticks the girl checked on the counter and sure enough it had been sitting back there for who knows how long. No apology given or discount, nothing. Half the time I order, it isn’t correct, but the straw that broke the camels back was when I tried placing an order online today for a pretzel crust pizza. I kept getting an error saying it wasn’t working (mind you it was before I had the option to enter my payment) & stated to call in the order. I called and was told the pretzel crust was only available online, so I explained to him that there was something wrong with the online ordering. He was very rude about it and said there was nothing he could do and asked if I wanted something else instead. I feel that I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt more than enough times & nothing has changed, unfortunately, so I will be ordering from somewhere else this summer.

Im sure this is a little caesars thing and not not just a girard thing, but pretty annoyed to have to have to create an online order just to order a pretzel crust, not sure what the point if that is, we still ordered the rest if our food in store because we were already in the process of ordering when informed pretzel crust would need to be a separate order….food isnt that good so i most likely wont purchase their food again.

This place went above and beyond my boyfriend lost his wallet so I called to see if it had been dropped there, the manager was wonderful he not only checked his store for the wallet but checked the neighboring stores to see if they had it as well! And the parking lot to. The pizza we got there was fresh literally right out of the oven their customer service skills are excellent and their store should honestly be recognized for how amazing the employees and managers alike are working there we’ve been long time customers and will always continue to come back keep up the great work edit : managers name was Jake who handled this situation

We usually get the deep dish supreme pizza and it’s always been good….I walked in tonight a Friday night and picked up my order……got home and it had little to no sauce, all the ingredients were thrown all in the middle of pizza and when we bit into it the pizza wasn’t even cooked thoroughly…..the pizza was raw in the middle….there must have been at least 5 to 6 workers there and very young…..and obviously not doing there job. Very unhappy with our pizza.

We asked for pepperoni extra most bestest add sausage and extra cheese. Once again we were given sausage with no pepperoni. I will never buy little Caesars again unless I receive a response and full refund. Please remember my normal bk order is about $70 a trip.

Ordered a deep dish supreme, when I got there to pick it up it was a thin crust supreme. When I told them it wasn’t what we ordered, they told me we must have ordered it wrong. It was a phone order and we have never ordered thin crust. But I don’t want to wait, so I go ahead and purchase the pizza. Get home, open it up and it is cut like a deep dish.

The Pizza was fine but had to wait quite a while for it, They tried to sell me and other customers a pizza that they described as “old” and they would eat it if they were really hungry. The employees were making fun of their product and not really paying attention to the customers. They definately need more training on how to conduct themselves and how long a product remains in the holding box. I was there on 7/27/17 at around 8 PM.

My Supreme pizza was good but the bread sticks have been changing over the last few months. They are much shorter and are more doughy. The Cheese pizzas seem to be done to crispy and the cheese is burnt.
