I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and crazy bread yesterday. When I got home this is what I received. I immediately called and was told that they didn’t receive the regular crust so they had to improvise. This was dry, not much room for actual pizza items and definitely not enough for the 5 people eating it. The bread sticks, although I waited 12 minutes past pick up time for, were dry and did not have an ounce of topping on them. Very disappointed and currently waiting for corporates response to my email

The pizza was alright, the wait wasn’t too bad though, 10 minutes for a Supreme if I remember correctly. It’s also not expensive, pretty cheap.

I called hours ahead for my sons birthday party to have the order ready for pick up at 6, my husband left the party to pick the order up and ended up having to wait over 20 minutes for them to finish it. When he finally arrived back at the party I found the order to be wrong . I had a vegetarian there so I ordered a couple cheese pizza’s and four bread sticks , they labeled it as cheese but it was pepperoni. One pack of bread sticks was burned another pack was literally dripping with butter and soggy and another pack was not cooked all the way so only one pack was made correctly . Very disappointed to spend so much to have it late and wrong. I will never use little Caesars for any event again .

The associates who work her lack any type of enthusiasm or joy in their jobs. The wait time for a hot and ready or an online order is always over the wait time they give you. I hope they get a leader who gets more associates hired. I feel bad because they are seriously over worked.

This store is so slow….hot and not so ready… even when you pre-order, they still never have it done on time….

Staff did a great job with our large order. It took about 5-10 minutes longer than planned, which was not unreasonable considering we ordered 10+ items for a party in advance online.

When I think about Lil’ Cesar’s, I think of the finest food all of Greesian culture has to offer.

Everytime I get a hot n ready, its for the first bite. From that point on, it always goes gown hill. The sauce is terrible, and the dough is usually too chewy.

Do not select a drive-thru when picking up from this location because if there are customers in front of you, ordering at the speaker, you’ll have to wait behind them while their Pizza is made… then handed to them! This is ridiculous! They should be made to find a place to park and the pizza brought out to them or make another trip through the drive-thru after the pizza is ready!

I’ve had better service at soup kitchens. I ordered online which they say they make fresh to see my pizza looking hours old, cheese so stiff would even melt. Had to drive back for someone’s daughter who acts like she owns the place but just the manager with a attitude problem with another little girl with braids who has an attitude problem. Ya’ll need to teach your staff about food quality, professionalism, and some self respect before it gets out of hand. Smh.
