I would say be very careful when paying with a credit card at this location. I went to pick up my pizza and the guy who took my card took a picture of it with his own personal phone and then he tried telling me that the card had declined my payment, when I know good and well there was no reason for it to decline… He was tapping the card when I clearly told him it needed to be swiped and then he pulled out his own personal phone and took a picture of my card (I was able to see this clearly). Then he acted like he didn’t even want to give me my card back by holding it between both his hands with his fingers clasped.

On 3/9/23 near 8:30pm a sign was on the door stating drive thru only. I drove to the window and waited and waited and waited. Nobody came to the window. I drove around to park and watched other cars do the same. Upon entry I asked for cheesy bread and was told by the individual in the photo it was not served at that location. After, I mentioned that it was on the menu he replied we aren’t making any more. I asked to speak to a manger and this individual identified himself as a manager. He did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I asked for the corporate office contact and of course he had me wait just to say he didn’t have it. I guess he couldn’t google either but I sure did. If this is representative of your establishment I’ll pass!

This is the biggest joke of a pizza restaurant. Avoid this place if you can! Especially on a Friday! Funny how most all restaurants can handle a rush, not here. My food was 20 mins late, then I get a pizza that was burnt yet surprisingly not at all crispy as advertised! Save yourself the headache

Employee with magenta hair was insanely sarcastic and just rude. I never knock service industry workers because I know how customers can be…however..being told to “pull forward” when you’ve never been there before, doing exactly that, then being told “you were supposed to park up” (her exact words), with the most gross tone of voice…is just not okay. The customer isn’t always right..I know that..but just because you give horrible instructions, doesn’t give you the right to be a jerk. I emailed the company and never heard back. Just tired of people being rude to people for no reason, it takes zero energy to be kind.

Went today around 2:30pm and ordered 2 of the pretzel crust pizzas with the cheese sauce. Mark took my order and he was an extremely nice young man. Both pizzas were picture perfect! We love Little Caesars pretzel crust pizza with the cheese sauce – if you have never had it – give it a try. We have had the pretzel crust pizza from several different Little Caesars in MD and PA and the ones we got from this place today were the best.

This location is very hit or miss. You never know if they are open or closed and what kind of service you will get. Case in point, pulled up to the drive thru at 4:20pm (checked online before arriving to make sure they were open and they were). Open sign was on in the front window, employee opens the drive thru window and I start to order. I was then cut off mid order and told they were closed. No explanation, nothing, just they are closed. So be forewarned if going to this location, you may or may not get pizza.

If I could give a zero I would… went 3 times in past 30 days because one is not near me and they had a sign saying closed. Called and there male who said she was a manager got smart when all I asked is why was it closed. Then called again another female picked up the phone already cursing at someone. Before all this went inside and it was dirty..the lobby..you can see inthe back…and someone came from the back as I watched eating food and right to the register…

Placed an order online in the afternoon. Went to pick it up and the store was closed. Two days later the charge hit my account anyways. I called to have it removed since I never got it and was promised a call back from store and a refund. Two weeks later, still no refund and no call back. The stores are never open anymore and hot and ready no longer exists. What is going on with these stores?

I used to really like this location, but I’ve come to learn that they basically never have anything “hot and ready”. Sometimes they just decline to make items. I guess maybe they are busy or just don’t feel like it. And how does a pizza place run out of breadsticks? Aren’t they just dough and butter?

Kids that work there are polite however they said 10 minute wait 20 minutes after I ordered I asked how long and the manager said another 10 minutes. I mean its not ideal when you ask for a time because you have to be somewhere else within the hour. So I called dominoes they had the pizzas ready in ten like they told me. When someone asks for a time frame there is a reason.
