Just picked up a pizza that I ordered thick. We usually have left overs for the next day. This was on pizza so thin it was like eating topping on crackers. I live so close it was my go to for quick meal but will drive further for cheaper pizza.

There is no constancy at this place. Every time we go it tastes different. We hadn’t gone in close to a year and we got one a couple of weeks ago. It was good! So we went again today and man it wasn’t this bad when it started. The dough was completely white, too much sauce and the cheese completely came off with the first bite. Don’t even want to give it another chance.

Awful. I wasn’t expecting fine dining but thought at least it wouldn’t be burnt. Got home and saw this, called right away and left a voicemail saying it was inedible and I would appreciate not having to pay for something we couldn’t eat. That was 2 days ago. I’m still waiting on a call back…

I called in a pizza. They told me it would be done in 10 minutes. I arrived at the store in 6 minutes to let them know I was there. Said it would be another 10 minutes and waited for 35 minutes. People came in after me and ordered pizza and waited 10 minutes and was gone. It took almost a full hour from the time I called the pizza in and I left there. Then when get home it was missing one of the toppings I asked for and had a topping I didn’t ask for. Will never go to that pizza shop again.

Went in to grab pizzas available between 4 and 8 for a quick dinner. We arrived at 745 and neither pizza was available for immediate pickup. We agreed to wait for both pizza unaware it would take 20 minutes. Then, came home to find out one of the pizzas was extremely over cooked. Needless to say for the $20 we ended up spending on 2 pizzas we will not return. Pick another pizza place in ephrata you will be much happier!
